Day photo shoot

 

 $250.00 for a shoot (up to 2 hours)

 includes 25 to 30 raw images

Three retouched images.

All images will be emailed or put on a USB card that is provided.

Additional photos (over the 30 maximum) shot at the same time will charged $12.50 per image .

 

Turn around

You will receive the images no later than 72 hours (three business days) after the shoot unless prior arrangements are made. Anything less than 48 hours is a rush.

Rush images are an additional $50.00

 

Compensation

Clients will be asked to pay 50% up front and the remaining upon completion.

Shoots are scheduled at least a week in advance.

Shoots that are further than 15 miles away in one direction will be charged $.45 per mile after the first 15 miles.

 

Cancellation

A shoot that is canceled or rescheduled less than six hours prior to the shoot will be charged $50.

A shoot that is canceled or rescheduled less than three hours prior to the shoot will be charged $100.

 

Copyright

All images are the sole copyright of Elle Shenell photography. Limited use rights are granted to the client for the use of the images. Elle Shenell Photography retains the original copyright to all images and grants .

Self-promotion refers to the uses that directly promote the clients company,  advertising, website, portfolio specifically for a clients company. All other rights including the use of images in national advertisement campaigns regardless of media or method of distribution or media of any kind are reserved to Elle Shenell Photography and may only be used with written permission and proper credit.

When images are used with permission the client must include a credit line on or next to the image with a copyright and the year when publishing any of the photographs in any manner.
